Our Company provides full scale project development, equipment delivery, installation, supervision and commissioning of new refineries and modernizations of operating ones of various capacities.

Below is a scope of work for oil refinery and petrochemical plants` engineering and construction under the conditions “key-in-the-door”.

Engineering and construction of oil refinery and common service facilities is included:

• Facilities for preparation, storage and transport of oil;

• Facilities of power supply, including power plant for supply of power to the refinery.

• Terminals and ware houses for oil products.

 

Stages of oil refinery engineering and construction:

• Development of project feasibility study, basic and operating engineering;

• Furnishing and equipment supply;

• Organization of construction, assembling, commissioning and putting into operation;

• Field supervision of construction;

• Industrial safety evaluation of the project documentation and technical devices in the dangerous industrial facilities;

• Evaluation of electro technical explosion-proof equipment.

 

Alongside with refineries processing of light and middle fractional crude oil, we provide designing, engineering, construction of refinery units for processing of the following type of crude:

• Heavy viscous sulphurous oil, including high resin and paraffin crude;

• Waste products of oil refining and petrochemical plants (residuals and etc.);

• Black oils and natural bitumen;

• Chronic black oils and oil sludges;

Basic phases of EPC (Engineering, procurement, construction)

 

Predesign studies and base engineering:

1. Technical and Economic estimation of the project including the analysis of an existing infrastructure and production capacity. Preliminary cost of construction, terms of realization of the project.

2. Base civil-engineering design including definition on tender bae of the basic suppliers and contractors. The specified, proved cost of construction.

 

Detailed (working) design:

1. Confirmed part of the equipment design (it is carried out on the basis of base project’s data).

2. Development of the working documentation on construction.
